Sleep: It is an indispensable period for life, for health and for our body, which must be experienced and plays a role in the regulation of metabolism and brain functions. We spend about a third of our lives asleep. For some, four hours of sleep is enough, while others can sleep in eight hours.

HOW DOES IT FEEL WELL?

  1. Make sure to go to bed at the same time every day.

  2. Turn off electronic devices. Because the blue light emitted from electronic devices is the enemy of the sleep command and sends the command to stay awake to the brain exposed to it.

  3. Turn off the light, sleep in the dark renews the cells and the hormone melatonin is secreted. Melatonin is the hormone that regulates our biorhythm.

  4. Take care not to eat anything for at least 2 hours before sleep, if your body is dealing with digestion, it cannot regulate the digestive system and immune system.

  5. If possible, sleep between 23:00 and 03:00 at night because these are the most productive hours of sleep.
